You have my compliments on this one. One of the other critiquers mentioned they didn't know how you drew the eye to the bridge, so I'll outline it here in hopes that others will see, and learn.
You've used the rule of thirds here to stunning effect. The right bank of the stream is aligned with the right third of the photo. The bridge is along the bottom third, and the river itself draws the eye upwards. Between the contrast of the river and the snow, and the placement, the eye eventually has to go to the bridge. You've led the viewer straight to it with leading lines and composition. Follow the stream's course, and you eventually go to the bridge. Skim the photo, and you eventually go to the bridge. Terrific work.

The only downside I can see in this photo, and this may be more personal preference than any knock against you, is that the coloring is a bit dull. I would want to see the white of the snow really pop, as I get the impression it was a bit dark out when this was taken.
