Quick dislaimer: I don't know official photography technique-speak. That said: this picture demonstrates for me that a snowy world is inherently magical. There's a sense of stillness, the idea of being wary of breathing here, but not in a stifled way. It's related to having reverence for a moment or situation which causes me to face deep thoughts, if only briefly. I really like how my eye is eventually drawn to the bridge, but not yanked there. I don't have any idea HOW you did that, am just thoroughly thankful that you did. Nice hints of the different shades of grey. Also, nice seasonal timing, and snapping this before the river / creek froze.
This by far is one of my faves for a thing I'm working on. I'll make sure to credit you and send you a scanned image so you can see the result. If i end up using this pretty one
